Photographer Irina Werning
has a series of photographs where she borrows old pictures from people
and creates new versions of them, posed exactly the same way in exactly
the same conditions as they were in the original photographs. Instead of
relying on the magic of Photoshop, she even uses the same camera, lens,
and film to recreate the environments as they were.
